Sales Executive - Art & Craft, Stationery Products

Location: Mumbai (Marol, Andheri East)
Experience: 1 Year in sales/inside sales/WhatsApp or phone-based selling
Experience in chemicals, art supplies, industrial products, or B2B sales is a plus
We are looking for a target-focused Sales Executive to sell Art & Craft and Resin Products to customers and Shopkeepers via phone, WhatsApp, and inbound enquiries. This role is 100% performance-driven and suited for someone who enjoys closing deals, following up, and building repeat customers. You will handle leads, enquiries, repeat buyers, bulk buyers, and resellers.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Revenue

1. Handle inbound sales enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, website, and marketplaces
2. Convert enquiries into confirmed prepaid orders
3. Achieve monthly sales targets (revenue + conversion %)
4. Upsell and cross-sell related resin products, kits, and accessories
5. Convert bulk and repeat customers (artists, resellers, workshops)

B. Follow-ups & Closures
1. Follow up on:
i. Price shared but not confirmed
ii. Abandoned carts/incomplete conversations
iii. Past customers for repeat orders
2. Maintain urgency and close deals without excessive negotiation
C. Customer Handling

1. Explain product usage, pack sizes, pricing, and shipping clearly
2.



Set the right expectations (delivery time, usage limits, suitability)
3. Escalate only genuine technical or exceptional issues

D. Process & Reporting

1. Update all conversations and orders in Google Sheets / CRM
2. Tag customers correctly (Recent, Repeat, Bulk, Sample, Issue)
3. Follow company pricing, discount, and approval rules strictly

E. Share daily:

1. Leads handled
2. Orders closed
3. Revenue achieved
4. Follow-ups pending
5. Targets & KPIs
6. Monthly Revenue Target
7. Lead-to-order conversion rate
8. Follow-up closure percentage
9. Repeat customer contribution
10. Zero pricing or commitment errors

What this role is not:

1. Not customer support only
2. Not social media handling
3. Not a passive chat reply job
4. This is a sales closure role.

Compensation:

1. Fixed Pay + Performance Incentives
2. Incentives linked directly to net revenue collected
3. High performers can grow into senior sales/key accounts/B2B sales Skill(s) required

7. Have sales experience
