Role Overview : As an IT Security Analyst, you will serve as a critical guardian of our digital infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of enterprise data across our Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune operations. You will operate at the intersection of technical defense and strategic risk management, collaborating closely with cross-functional IT teams, compliance officers, and senior stakeholders to fortify our security posture. Architect and maintain robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive corporate assets, thereby minimizing the risk of internal and external data breaches.- Execute comprehensive security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses in our network and application layers, providing actionable insights to technical teams for rapid remediation.- Monitor real-time security telemetry and incident logs to detect, analyze, and neutralize sophisticated cyber threats before they impact business operations.- Partner with stakeholders to define and enforce security policies that align with global compliance standards,
