Understand clients' financial situations, including outstanding loans, EMIs, income and lender-related concerns.
Explain Resolve360's debt resolution services, processes, timelines and qualified fees clearly and transparently.
Conduct client meetings and consultations in Kannada or English.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients through WhatsApp, email and phone calls.
Coordinate with the Legal and Services teams for proposals, service agreements and client onboarding.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients while following company policies and pricing guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and share market feedback with the management team.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, business development or customer acquisition.
Candidates fluent in spoken and written Kannada and English.
Candidates who own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
Candidates comfortable travelling across Bengaluru for daily client meetings and field visits.
Candidates comfortable using smartphones, Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp.
