Key Hiring Criteria:

Candidates should meet at least one or more of the following criteria:

Requirements:

- YouTube Performance: At least 2–3 videos with 1 million+ views each in their previous organization.

- Social Media Presence: A minimum of 50K followers on their social media handles.

Additional Good to have:

- SSC Qualification: Must have qualified an SSC examination.

- Student Results: A proven track record of producing at least 4–5 students who have secured a rank within AIR 100.

Faculty Expectations:

- Excellent teaching skills in both YouTube sessions and paid classes.

- Strong student engagement and influencing capabilities.

- An aggressive growth mindset with the ability to build a robust personal brand and contribute to YouTube growth and paid course revenue.
