The Checkout Experience team owns one of the most important moments in the buyer journey: helping customers complete their purchase with confidence, speed, and clarity. The space includes guest and member checkout, express payment experiences, checkout success, and key dependencies across cart, payments, shipping, and post-purchase experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, high-impact checkout initiatives that reduce friction, improve buyer trust, and unlock conversion at scale. In this role, you will define and drive multiple initiatives across the checkout funnel, influence cross-functional roadmaps, and help shape the future of Checkout Experience.
Lead multiple Checkout Experience initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
Contribute to the longer-term vision for checkout, including personalization, modernized flows, and AI-assisted experiences.




Experience owning multiple customer-facing products or features end to end in a consumer, ecommerce, marketplace, or payments setting.
8+ years of relevant experience
Comfort using data, experimentation, and customer insights to size opportunities and guide decisions.
Domain depth, or quickly demonstrated depth, in checkout, payments, buyer experience, ecommerce, or conversion optimization.
