Job Summary:

TCS is hiring Customer Resolution Specialists for an international customer service operation. The role focuses on understanding customer grievances, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring effective and timely resolution of customer issues.

Candidates with international voice, customer service, help desk, airline, or travel support experience are encouraged to apply. Prior airline BPO experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer grievances and identify the root cause of service-related issues.

- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

- Work with multiple applications and departments to track ongoing issues.

- Communicate with customers through calls and emails whenever required.

- Collect additional information from customers to facilitate issue resolution.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper escalation of unresolved concerns.





- Maintain skilled communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Work in coordination with client supervisors and TCS reporting managers.

Skills & Eligibility:

- 1–5 years of experience in international customer service, voice support, or help desk operations.

- International BPO experience is required.

- Airline or travel domain experience is highly preferred.

- Strong English communication and email comprehension skills.

- Good customer complaint-handling and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and work across multiple applications.

- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.

- Freshers are not eligible.

Work Environment:

- 100% Work From Office – Gurugram client location.

- 5 days working with rotational weekly offs.

- Monday to Sunday rotational schedule, including weekends.

- No transportation facility or reimbursement.
