About the Company

Nexus migration is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Executive to support meaningful conversations with current and potential customers. The role is based in Sakinaka, Mumbai, and offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 with performance based incentives.

Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Use approved communication scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs.
- Understand customer concerns, verify information, research issues, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and identify appropriate opportunities to upsell products.
- Build positive, lasting customer relationships through attentive and helpful communication.
- Record call details and outcomes accurately in the call center database.




- Participate in educational seminars and ongoing training to strengthen product and service knowledge.
- Achieve individual and team quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Requirements

- Previous customer support or calling experience; candidates with approximately 6 months of calling experience are preferred.
- Solid verbal and telephone communication skills with active listening ability.
- Customer-first attitude and the flexibility to communicate with different personality types.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard call center practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and exceed performance targets.
- High school qualification or equivalent.
