Purchasing Officer

Execute procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and procurement procedures.
Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and manage procurement documentation.
Prepare purchase orders through the ERP system and monitor order execution.
Maintain vendor and pricing databases and support procurement budgeting.
Conduct supplier evaluations and in office audits for Indian suppliers.
Assist with product identification, supplier coordination, and procurement process improvements.
Provide support to the Procurement Manager in training and mentoring the procurement team.

Any Graduate with 5-7 years experience in Procurement of Finished Goods, Raw Material, API or Any Pharma realted products.
Should have experience in Global Procurement / dealing with international suppliers is must
Sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, certifications, and quality requirements.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft AX knowledge will be an added advantage).
