We are looking for passionate Backend - Senior Software Developers (3 - 7 years of experience) who enjoy solving complex engineering problems and building highly scalable financial systems.You will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-native microservices that power mission-critical banking and payments platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, REST APIs, and Test-Driven Development (TDD), and is comfortable working in an AI-assisted software development environment using modern developer productivity tools.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-scale distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and fintech integrations while collaborating closely with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal platforms, banking partners, payment gateways, and third-party services.- Design efficient data models and implement persistence using PostgreSQL, JPA, and Hibernate.- Create comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ, and Testcontainers.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software.- Leverage AI-powered developer tools (Windsurf, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
