BBA Marketing Intern – APTi Solutions

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic BBA Marketing Intern to support the marketing and business development activities of APTi Solutions.

The intern will gain practical exposure to market research, digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, content development, and stakeholder engagement. This role is suitable for candidates who want to develop their marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and target audiences for APTi Solutions.
- Research industry trends and market opportunities.
- Support lead generation initiatives and maintain accurate prospect records.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities.
- Support LinkedIn marketing, audience engagement, and professional networking initiatives.
- Draft social media posts, promotional content, and marketing communications.
- Monitor engagement and help identify opportunities to improve brand visibility.

3. LinkedIn Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement

- Identify relevant decision-makers and potential connections on LinkedIn.
- Assist with professional outreach messages, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.




- Track outreach activities and maintain follow-up records.

4. Business Development Support

- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support the preparation of presentations, introductory emails, marketing materials, and product demonstrations.
- Help coordinate meetings and record discussions and follow-up actions.

5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain marketing activity trackers, lead databases, and campaign reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as outreach responses, engagement, qualified leads, and meeting conversions.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and recommend improvements based on observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BBA, preferably with a specialization in Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, market research, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining databases and reports.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
