mentor and train engineers in your team- Work with product management and US teams on requirements and prioritiesWhat you need:- 6 - 9 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years leading a team- Strong expertise in Java, Spring (Boot, MVC, Data, Security) and Hibernate- Front-end experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL or Oracle- Robust object-oriented design and experience with distributed, cloud-based applications- Experience with JUnit, SonarQube and CI/CD practices- Excellent communication skillsGood to have:- Healthcare, life sciences or pharma domain experience- Web and mobile application security experienceCompensation:- 15 - 25 LPA (fixed + variable), based on experience and capability.
