Role Description The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for the company's design, branding,



and digital marketing services. The specialist will follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and build long-term business relationships.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.

Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in design, marketing, or technology-driven services.

Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to track activities and prepare client-facing materials.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued.
