SafeInvest is hiring for Relationship Manager - Sales, Mutual Fund

Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients through prospecting, referrals, and qualified leads while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client reviews, understand financial objectives and risk profiles, and recommend suitable investment and insurance plans.
- Explain and sell products including mutual funds, SIPs, PMS/AIF, term insurance, health insurance, personal accident, motor insurance, ULIPs, and pension solutions.
- Use concept-led selling to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Stay current on market developments, product features, regulatory updates, and relevant certifications such as CFP or NISM.




- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal teams, and submit regular performance reports to management and the team lead.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, sales, financial products, mutual funds, insurance, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs, explain financial concepts clearly, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented approach with sound follow-through and reporting discipline.
- Knowledge of investment and insurance products is preferred; relevant CFP or NISM certification is an advantage.

This is a full-time, in-office chance based in Vadodara, with annual compensation of ₹3,60,000 to ₹6,00,000 plus incentives, based on role requirements and candidate profile.
