Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
2. Conduct property site visits and flat showings.
3. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
4. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
5. Update and manage property inventory and listings.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for documentation. Skill(s) required
