Oversee daily stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal merchandise availability
Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to guest enquiries and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organised, and visually appealing
Process customer transactions efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy in billing and payment reconciliation
Assist in training and supervising junior staff members to ensure consistent service standards




Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and provide feedback to management
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols
Maintain detailed records of stock movements, discrepancies, and daily sales reports
Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction initiatives
Identify opportunities to maximise sales and suggest improvements to store operations
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service setting
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
Strong numerical and cash reconciliation skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices
