About the Company

Appit Software solutions pvt ltd is an IT/ITES software organization hiring Inside Sales Executives for its Hyderabad office. This is a full time, work-from-office opportunity based in Gachibowli, with positions open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

- Call clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s software applications.
- Schedule suitable demo time slots based on client availability.
- Manage follow-ups with interested clients after the initial conversation.
- Work with the Demo or Development team, which will conduct the product demonstrations.
- Use company-provided leads and client contact information to support the sales process.

Requirements

- Any graduate with good English-speaking and communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- This is an entirely in-house role and does not involve lead generation or field sales.




- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday and willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Immediate joiners who can start within one week are preferred.
- Selected candidates must provide a one-year job commitment by signing a bond and submitting their original certificate, subject to company terms and conditions.

Compensation: Freshers will receive ₹15,000 per month plus incentives for the first six months and ₹20,000 per month plus incentives thereafter. Experienced candidates will be offered ₹4,00,000 annually. The experienced-candidate package is negotiable based on current compensation and relevant experience.

Interview: Face-to-face interviews are conducted at the Hyderabad office from Monday to Friday at 2:00 PM. Office location: PSR Prime Tower-1, Unit 704C, 7th Floor, adjacent to DLF Cyber City Gate No. 1, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.
