Digital Marketing Executive
Kitchen Brand Store is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and deliver campaigns across search, social media, email, and other digital channels. You'll create clear, engaging content and use performance insights to improve reach and results. The main goal of this role is to increase online sales: every campaign is measured on orders and revenue, not just traffic or engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage digital marketing plans, coordinating campaign timelines, content, and channel priorities, with clear monthly sales and revenue targets for each channel.
2. Plan social media calendars, write posts, publish content, and review engagement to guide future activity, focusing on content that drives visits, enquiries and orders for our best-selling products.
3. Manage search engine marketing campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, budget monitoring, and performance optimization, aiming for a higher return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost per order.
4. Improve search visibility through SEO research, on-page updates, content recommendations, and regular ranking reviews, prioritising product and collection pages that bring buyers.
5. Create and send email campaigns, from drafting and scheduling messages to tracking opens, clicks, and conversions, including abandoned-cart, repeat-customer and offer campaigns that turn into sales.
6. Write and edit explicit, persuasive marketing copy in English for digital campaigns, adapting tone and format to each channel, with a clear call to action to buy or enquire.

Monitor campaign performance, prepare concise reports, and recommend practical adjustments based on the data, reporting weekly on sales, orders, conversion rate and ROAS.
8. Success measures month-on-month growth in online sales and orders.
