As a Telecaller at Global Degrees, you'll connect with people by phone, communicate information clearly, and keep follow-ups organized. The role suits someone who speaks and writes English confidently and is comfortable using MS Excel to track conversations.
Key responsibilities:

1. Make outgoing calls using contact details and guidance provided by Global Degrees.
2. Speak with callers in transparent, professional English, listen carefully, and respond to routine questions using approved information.
3. Record call outcomes, contact details, and follow-up actions accurately in MS Excel.
4. Follow up with people at appropriate times and maintain clear notes so each conversation has useful context.
5. Share relevant information by email or message, checking written English for clarity and accuracy.
6. Escalate questions or requests that need further attention to the appropriate team member.
7. Review call and follow-up records regularly, correct missing details, and help keep the contact tracker up to date. Skill(s) required
