Job Title: Business Development Executive (Night Shift | USA Market) Location: Shift Timing: Night Shift — 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Aligned with USA business hours)

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This full time, night shift role is focused on building strong relationships with clients in the USA market and driving business growth through customized service solutions.
If you're someone who enjoys lead generation, client communication, and closing deals in an international setting, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your talent.

Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, online research , and other outbound methods targeting USA clients .
Convert leads into long-term business opportunities and recurring revenue.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing structures , and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets .
Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the US market.

Experience: 0 to 6 years in sales or business development (preferably in a service-based or IT environment).
Shift: Must be comfortable working in night shifts to support USA clients.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Skills: Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and confident in handling objections and closing deals.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
