Project Manager, Sample Solutions based in India. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of mid-to-high complexity market research projects, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role involves managing multiple concurrent studies, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and delivering projects across advanced research methodologies and sampling solutions. As a key individual contributor, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, fieldwork monitoring, quality assurance, and final delivery. You will also play an important role in revenue forecasting, profitability management, and proactive risk mitigation. Accountabilities - End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage multiple mid-to-high complexity market research projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial client kickoff and study planning to fieldwork completion, reconciliation, and final project debriefs. - Develop sampling and quota strategies, coordinate survey and screener testing, and oversee the execution of complex research methodologies, including In-Home Usage Tests (IHUTs), geofencing, receipt capture, intricate click balancing, mobile studies, qualitative components, and non-standard partner integrations. - Fieldwork and Quality Assurance: Manage fieldwork launches, monitor progress, optimize sample delivery, conduct quality checks and data validation, and ensure projects meet established quality standards and deadlines. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



collaborative client relationships through proactive communication, regular progress updates, expectation management, and effective guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Promote client satisfaction, account retention, and repeat business. - Financial and Revenue Management: Maintain accurate project-level revenue forecasts, monitor financial performance, coordinate timely and accurate invoicing, and oversee project metrics such as project value, fieldwork duration, incidence rates, and completion rates. - Scope and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and resolve potential risks or issues affecting project timelines, budgets, quality, or scope. Manage relationships and delivery activities involving third-party vendors and outsourcing partners, ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality expectations. - Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior Project Managers, support onboarding and training initiatives, and share best practices to strengthen team capabilities and delivery consistency. - Contribute to internal documentation, workflow improvements, quality assurance standards, and operational standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. - Serve as a subject matter resource in cross-departmental discussions, sharing expertise in sampling methodologies, project delivery, risk mitigation, and operational best practices. - Culture and Accountability: Promote a client-first, cooperative, and solutions-oriented working culture, demonstrating ownership, professionalism, continuous learning, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
