Position:Salesforce OMS Tech LeadExperience:7+ years overall IT experience, including 4+ years of relevant Salesforce OMS experienceLocation:Bangalore (5 days a week)Notice Period:Immediate joiners preferredEmployment Type:Full-TimeKey Technical Requirements:- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS).- Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Apex, Lightning/LWC and SOQL/SOSL.- Strong understanding of order orchestration, fulfilment, routing, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges.- Experience with order lifecycle management, inventory availability, split orders and multiple fulfilment locations.- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and asynchronous Apex.- Experience integrating Salesforce OMS with ERP, WMS, inventory, payment, logistics and eCommerce platforms.- Knowledge of MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee or similar middleware platforms is an advantage.- Experience owning OMS implementation from solution design through production go-live.
