About the Company

eStatus Official is offering a three-month, remote Business Development Internship for freshers who want practical exposure to customer engagement, market research, and business development. This unpaid, part-time prospect provides structured experience in professional communication, customer understanding, and client-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and support customer service activities.
- Participate in cold-calling and communicate clearly with prospective customers.
- Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, questions, tone, and emotions.
- Respond with empathy, patience, concise language, and a consistently professional attitude.
- Understand customer issues, identify suitable solutions, and offer alternatives where appropriate.
- Prepare presentations and assist with routine business development tasks for potential clients.




- Adapt communication style to different customer preferences and seek feedback from supervisors or colleagues.
- Build telephonic communication and problem-solving abilities through training and regular practice.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Hindi is essential.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented during customer interactions.
- Availability to work six days a week on a flexible schedule.
- Availability for three flexible working hours per day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to customer-focused business development activities.

Internship details: This is a three-month, unpaid, part-time, remote internship. Interns will receive a Certificate of Completion, a Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report after completing the engagement.
