At Edoofa, we looking to hire Digital Marketing Executive for our Gurugram, Haryana office.
Plan, launch and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads
Build audiences for prospective students and families across African markets
Testing and Optimization
Run A/B tests on audiences, ad creatives, copy and landing pages
Brief design and content teams, and refresh creatives before performance drops
Performance Growth
Work with the Sales team to review lead quality and feed the findings back into targeting
Find current growth opportunities across channels, audiences and funnel stages
Someone who reads data honestly, including when it says their favourite campaign failed. Someone who cares as much about the student at the end of the funnel as the metric at the top of it.




1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid ads

- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns, with results you can show
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Ability to read campaign data and turn it into clear optimization decisions
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads

Experience in the education sector
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and a CRM
Experience improving landing page conversion rates
