We are seeking an exceptional Recruiter to join our team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical & non-technical talent. As an Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding the best candidates to join our growing team.

Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job requisition to offer extension, including:
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Extend competitive offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize the recruitment process.




Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and employer branding.
6-8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on Customer service hiring.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with hiring/sourcing from LinkedIn is a must
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
