Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing.- Utilize the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.- Collaborate with developers, Business System Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.- Support end users in completing User Acceptance Testing.- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed analysis on testing activities and outcomes.- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes,
tools and methodologies.- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing.Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.- Experience with manual testing and test case development.- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its various modules.- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and Selenium.- Familiarity with QA tools to track test cases and defects.- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.- Solid communication and collaboration skills.- Immediate joiners only.Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in ServiceNow.- Experience with other test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, QTP, RPA).- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.Nice to have Skills:- Playwright testing application- JavaScript- Python scripting- AI automation testing development (ref:hirist.tech)
