We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Ice Cream Supervisor to lead operations at our store. This role involves supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team morale, and upholding our brand standards.
Customer Experience & Service
Deliver outstanding customer service and assist team members with customer interactions.
Store Operations
Prepare various menu items such as cone batter, waffle cones,
and ice cream-based dishes.
Team Leadership & Training
Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Conduct and record daily temperature checks to ensure food safety.
Monitor and record daily waste to minimize loss and improve efficiency.
Comply with all operational policies and food safety standards.
Brand Representation
~ Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance in line with brand values.
Prior experience in food service or retail supervision is preferred.
Commitment to hygiene, safety, and excellent customer service.
