Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with robust expertise in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience integrating Fieldglass with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, along with the ability to support global implementation and rollout initiatives.Responsibilities : - Lead and support SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance activities.- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.- Design, implement, and support integrations between SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA.- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve functional and technical defects.- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.- Participate in testing, deployment,



and post-implementation support activities.- Support global rollout projects and ensure alignment with business processes across regions.- Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.Requirements : - 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass.- Strong experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.- Good exposure to integration of SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.- Understanding of contingent workforce management and external workforce processes.- Experience working on global implementation or rollout projects is preferred.- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Total Experience : 7-9 years (ref:hirist.tech)
