The North Axis is looking for confident, ambitious and result-oriented Business Development & Partnerships Interns to help expand our institutional network and build meaningful partnerships.

You will work closely with the founding team to establish relationships with schools, colleges, sports academies, educational institutions and community organisations.

This role offers practical exposure to business development, B2B sales, institutional partnerships and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with schools, colleges and educational institutions.
- Reach out to principals, directors, coordinators and decision-makers.
- Introduce The North Axis's programmes and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with schools, sports academies and community organisations.
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Explain our offerings, including Career Compass™, Discover 7D™ and Skill Development CLUBs.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate introductory discussions.
- Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospective partners.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with educational institutions, sports academies,



corporates and other organisations.
- Assist in developing partnership proposals and presentations.
- Support the execution of institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
- Identify recent opportunities for business expansion.
- Understand institutional requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing partners.
