Job Responsibilities:
Drive life insurance sales through the HDFC Securities channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HDFC Securities customers.
Generate leads and convert prospects into life insurance business.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Coordinate with HDFC Securities employees to generate business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and follow company compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Banking or Insurance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Age should be up to 35 years.
