About the job
As a Senior Telecaller at Wehire Talent Solutions, you'll help guide daily calling activity, build productive conversations, and keep follow-ups moving. You'll combine clear communication and strong time management to support the team and deliver a consistent experience on every call.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound and handle inbound calls, adapting your approach to each conversation and communicating information clearly.
2. Understand callers' needs through thoughtful questions, listen actively, and respond with professionalism and care.
3. Manage a structured call schedule, prioritizing follow-ups and keeping outreach on track throughout the day.
4. Maintain accurate, timely records of calls, outcomes, and next steps so information is easy for the team to use.
5. Follow up on open conversations, keeping commitments and providing transparent updates within agreed timelines.
6. Support colleagues by sharing effective call approaches, helping resolve routine challenges, and maintaining consistent communication standards.
7. Review call activity and recurring feedback to identify practical improvements to scripts, follow-up habits, and daily workflows.

2 rotational off; complete voice process. Skill(s) required
