Role : ServiceNow CMDB Developer.Work Model : Onsite / Full time.Work Location : PAN India.Experience : 5+ Years.Job Summary :We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with 3 - 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IntegrationHub, and ITOM modules, ensuring accurate Configuration Item (CI) data and CMDB health.Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB.- Develop and customize CI classes, relationships, and data models.- Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.- Implement Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and reconciliation rules.- Configure CMDB Health Dashboards and improve completeness, correctness, and compliance.- Build integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps,



and IntegrationHub to populate CMDB.- Troubleshoot Discovery issues, duplicate CIs, stale records, and data quality problems.- Implement and maintain CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards.- Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer flows, and UI Policies.- Collaborate with ITSM, Asset Management, and Infrastructure teams for CMDB governance.- Perform CMDB audits, data certification, and remediation activities.- Support platform upgrades and enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.Required Skills :- 3 - 7 years of ServiceNow development experience.- Solid hands-on experience with :1.
