We are seeking a strategic and analytically strong finance leader based in India to support the U.This role will serve as a key finance business partner to U.based brand, and cross-functional leaders, providing insight into brand performance, forecasting, planning, and decision support for the P&L; which includes both revenue and OPEX. The Finance Manager will translate complex market, revenue, and expense dynamics into clear recommendations that enable sound business decisions and solid financial execution in a global, matrixed environment.

based RDBU Finance, brand, and cross-functional leaders to support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision-making.
Lead or support monthly close activities, including financial review, variance analysis, and issue identification and resolution.
Build and maintain complex business and financial models to evaluate scenarios, risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
Collaborate across global and cross-functional teams, including Pricing, Contracting, Forecasting, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Corporate FP&A;, Investor Relations, and other partners.
Provide leadership and financial support on multiple initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Doctorate degree and 7+ years of progressive finance experience; Master's degree and 8+ years of progressive finance experience; Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive finance experience;

MBA and/or CA preferred
Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including revenue and OPEX forecasting




Biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry experience with exposure to sales and marketing finance
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Hyperion experience preferred
Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and the ability to think critically and challenge assumptions
Experience working in a global matrixed environment, including support of U.Strategic thinker who connects financial results to business priorities and market dynamics
