Utilize Kubernetes for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features.- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.- Institute state of the art hosting platforms, promote technology sharing and leverage operating environments to achieve greater cost efficiency.- Lead and develop an effective engineering team through collaboration, communication, performance management,



development plans and reward/recognition practices.- Create a sustainable and high performing Engineering organization that is focused on improving compliance to shared OKRs and customer experience.What we are looking for:- A strategic leader with deep knowledge of the financial services industry and global marketplace.- Subject matter expert in Kubernetes and DevSecOps Practices.- Experience with solution design for technical platforms within a complex industry. - Strong hands-on skills in Java based micro-service architectures.- Ability to write testable, maintainable code including Unit and Regression Tests.- Hands-on experience with container orchestration. - Familiarity with Node.js and Go-Lang is an added advantage.
