Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate potential leads through outbound calling, online research, LinkedIn, Google searches, and other relevant channels.
Proactively identify hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, and medical colleges that require recruitment solutions.
Research potential clients, identify decision-makers, and maintain an updated database of prospects.
Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
2. Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
Connect with prospective clients to understand their recruitment requirements and hiring challenges.
Explain Docthub's recruitment solutions, platform features, and subscription plans to potential customers.
Communicate professionally with HR managers, hospital administrators, recruiters, and other decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable recruitment plans.
3. Sales & Business Development
Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective communication, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Explain pricing, subscription benefits, and available plans to prospective clients.
Handle client objections, address queries, and negotiate to close sales.
Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets.
4. Follow-ups & Lead Management
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and clients to move opportunities forward.
Maintain accurate lead details, call records, follow-up schedules,



and sales pipeline updates in the CRM or designated system.
Re-engage inactive prospects and identify opportunities to convert pending leads.
Coordinate with the team lead to review lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance. Skill(s) required
