Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through research, outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales materials in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Manage the business development pipeline, follow up on leads, track progress, and work toward revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and customer trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth onboarding,



client communication, and successful delivery.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to identify prospects, manage follow-ups, and work toward measurable goals.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities at the same time.
- Proficiency with standard business communication and reporting tools is expected.
