Job Description:

- Connect with prospective students and guide them on suitable courses and learning programs.
- Understand students career goals, explain program perks, and convert leads into enrolments.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, customer queries, and sales closures.
- Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate lead details in CRM.
- For Team Lead candidates, the role will initially involve individual sales targets, with an opportunity to build and manage a team based on performance.

Requirements:

- Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech, or Education Counselling preferred.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle prospective students and convert leads into enrolments.
- Candidates applying for the Team Lead track should have prior team-handling experience.
