Position: Telecalling / Lead Generation Executive (Outbound Sales)

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for an exciting opportunity involving customer interaction, outbound calling and lead generation.

? Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate relevant leads.
- Share basic information about the services.
- Build customer interest through effective communication.
- Maintain follow-ups and update lead details.
- No hardcore sales or aggressive target-based selling.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 12th Pass & Above.
- Experience: 8 Months – 1 Year of recent experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Lead Generation/Outbound Sales.
- Languages: Hindi / Punjabi.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

? Salary & Perks:





- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-hand.
- Unlimited Incentives.
- Salary based on last drawn salary and experience.

⏰ Work Details:

- Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM.
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
- 1 Rotational Week-off.
