Role & responsibilities

1. Plan, execute and monitor HVAC projects as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
2. Manage HVAC installation activities, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting and piping.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and site engineers.
4. Prepare project schedules, material requirements and manpower planning.
5. Monitor project progress, quality, safety and installation standards.
6. Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, technical specifications and material submittals.
7. Handle project billing, measurements, variation orders and cost control.
8. Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials.
9. Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 510 years of relevant HVAC project execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation and commissioning.
- Experience in handling project teams, site execution and client coordination.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and BOQ.
- Positive communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
