- Source qualified doctors, including MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS and BUMS professionals, for multiple locations across Maharashtra.
- Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp groups, skilled networks and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, experience and location preferences.
- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and daily sourcing reports.
- Ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Follow up with candidates until the interview and joining stages.
- Coordinate for medical registration details and relevant qualification documents.
