Job Purpose

To build and operate the FasTag issuance product for Bajaj Finance Ltd

Duties and Responsibilities

- Product development: Develop the complete grounds up solution for FasTag issuance to customers of Bajaj Finserv mobile app and web platform.
- Regular Scrum standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc.
- To identify partners for Plug Play tools by driving RFA RFI issuance.
- Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors and NPCI for Compliance and Product enhancements.
- Develop and operate a CI/CD cycle with IT delivery teams for the product
- Valuable understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve the product
- Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different issuance and acquiring products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units.

Required Qualifications and Experience

a) Qualifications

MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years or Computer Science/Technology/Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience

b) Work Experience

- Minimum 2 years of running projects and products On FasTag and/or Prepaid products.
- Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
- Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
