Role & responsibilities

- Counsel prospective parents and students about the school's curriculum, fee structure, facilities, and admission process.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, and online enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct campus tours, explain school facilities, and follow up with prospective parents.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Manage leads from websites, referrals, digital campaigns, and education fairs.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist parents with application forms, documentation, fee details, and admission formalities.
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth admissions.
- Prepare daily call reports, lead status updates, and MIS reports.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Participate in admission campaigns, school events, education fairs, and outreach activities.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure timely follow-ups with all prospective families.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 14 years of experience in school admissions, educational counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and parent-handling skills.
- Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Target-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple enquiries.
- Prior experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
