Role & responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors and provide a qualified, courteous experience.

Guide patients regarding appointments, consultations, diagnostic tests, and other services.

Assist patients with registration, billing, and report collection when required.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Support elderly patients and individuals requiring additional assistance.

Follow up with patients regarding appointments and service-related queries.

Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate communication.

Monitor patient satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.

Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

13 years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostic centres, hotels, or customer service.

Experience in patient relations or guest relations will be an advantage.
