Key Responsibilities Store Manager, HomeTown
- Drive store sales, revenue, profitability and sales KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely complaint resolution.
- Manage daily store operations, SOPs and compliance.
- Optimize inventory, stock availability and ageing.
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team.
- Maintain visual merchandising and showroom standards.
- Ensure cash controls, audit readiness and risk management.
Preferred candidate profile: 8-12 years in Retail, preferably Furniture / Home Improvement / Lifestyle Retail
