- Daily Input plan preparation and Sequence plan preparation
- To deliver the product as per customer requirement schedule for Domestic/Export /OEM.
- Weekly Plan SAP entry every week as per OPSI
- Department management like maintain 6S, follow the system process, Recent model F.P.A, Daily IMS.
- Internal dept. Planning, Manpower, PPC Training and improvement, Evaluation
- Material Shortage review for Next 4days plan for material execution/Inventory control
- Maintaining MIS (Production, Material Status, Plan variation Report, History sheet, SAP Plan vs. Actual, Weekly Order Closure, MRP run, Mould utilization, Monthly & Rolling Plan, Weekly Reports, Factory OPSI, ISO Doc
Close coordination with Key departments i.e. Production, Material, Sourcing, Import and R&D; for execution of daily, and weekly work orders
