Senior Consultant FP&A; Process Design- Finance Transformation- 7 Years -Pune/Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) and finance process design. The ideal candidate should understand budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis, and be able to improve existing processes and support finance transformation projects.

Responsibilities

1. Review existing FP&A; processes and identify gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
2. Support the design of improved processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
3. Prepare process flows, business requirements, and other project documentation.
4. Analyse financial performance, business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting requirements.
5. Participate in workshops with finance, business, technology, and data teams.
6. Support improvements in forecast accuracy, reporting automation, planning cycles, and financial governance.
7. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.

Requirements

1. 8–10 years of experience in FP&A;, financial planning, management reporting, business finance, consulting, or finance transformation.
2. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
3.



Experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
4. Understanding of driver-based planning, scenario modelling, and financial KPIs.
5. Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, ERP systems, and planning or analytics tools.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support consulting or transformation engagements.
8. Notice period of 30 days or less.
