Role & responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation - Generate qualified business opportunities by building strong relationships with pharmaceutical & other allied non-pharma R&D; organizations across India.
- PTS Laboratory Revenue Generation - Drive PTS laboratory revenue and improve lab utilization through customer trials and technical projects.
- Customer Engagement & Account Management - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in pharmaceutical & allied R&D; and product development teams.
- Technical Solution Selling - Identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate process technology solutions aligned with ACG's capabilities.
- Trial Conversion & Commercial Opportunity Creation - Convert customer leads into laboratory trials and support the creation of future commercial and equipment business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis - Gather and share market insights, customer requirements, technology trends, and competitor intelligence to support business growth.
- Relationship Network Development - Expand and leverage a strong qualified network within the pharmaceutical R&D; ecosystem to enhance business opportunities.
- Reporting & CRM Management - Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, customer engagement records, and business forecasts to ensure effective pipeline management
