Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to manage and expand the sales of Mafra cleaning and hygiene products across institutional and B2B customers. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring current customers, managing existing key accounts, appointing sub-dealers and resellers, and driving business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Customer Acquisition: Promote and sell the Mafra range of cleaning and hygiene products to institutional customers, including hotels, restaurants, facility management companies, industries, corporate IT facilities, malls, and other commercial establishments.
2. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Retain existing customers through regular follow-ups, service reports, product training, gap analysis, and proactive resolution of customer requirements.
4. New Customer Visits: Conduct daily customer visits and meetings to generate leads, acquire new accounts, and increase sales volume.
5. Dealer & Reseller Network Development: Identify and appoint sub-dealers and resellers across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra within the assigned territory, ensuring regular stocking and availability of Mafra products.
6. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, market research, prospecting, and follow-ups to develop a strong pipeline of potential customers.
7. Product Demonstrations: Schedule client meetings and conduct effective product demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits,



and applications of Mafra cleaning and hygiene products.
8. Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage key accounts, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
9. Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
10. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily call reports, customer visit records, lead status, sales pipeline updates, and periodic sales performance reports.
11. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and emerging business opportunities to support sales growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B institutional sales and business development.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling and field visits.
- Strong customer relationship and key account management skills.
- Experience in dealer and reseller network development.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel across Pune and other assigned locations in Maharashtra.
- Good reporting, follow-up, and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in FMCG sales, facility management products, cleaning and hygiene products, industrial consumables, or related B2B segments will be preferred.
