Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Remove impediments and help the team maintain consistent sprint delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and support effective team collaboration.

Required Skills:





- Strong experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Good understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and SDLC.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM is preferred.
