- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Monitor system health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.
- Document technical findings and provide support to team members.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Splunk Administration and/or AppDynamics Administration.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems monitoring tools.
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
