Job Title: Appointment Generation Team Lead

Experience: 25 Years (with 1–2 years of team leadership experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Appointment Generation Team Lead to manage and motivate a team responsible for B2B lead generation and appointment setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales, lead qualification, team handling, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the appointment generation team.
- Drive B2B lead generation and appointment-setting activities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Monitor team performance, daily activities, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- Develop effective calling scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies.
- Coach team members to improve communication, productivity, and appointment quality.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect data and activity records in CRM systems.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure achievement of team targets.

Required Skills





- Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or inside sales.
- At least 1–2 years of team handling or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of cold calling, lead qualification, and sales funnel management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to track KPIs, analyze performance, and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or the technology industry.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and professional outreach.
- Experience coaching performance-driven sales teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
